Rhyming twin names

Pairs that end with the same English sound. The meanings stay separate. Read both pages before you decide.

A rhyme on this page means the English spellings end with the same three letters. That is the sound many families notice first when they call two children from another room. It is a browsing rule, not a tradition. The names themselves are unchanged: each one already had a page, a reviewed meaning and a Devanagari spelling before it was paired.

Because the match is only an ending, the meanings can be unrelated. Read both. A name that means light beside a name that means the earth is still a rhyme, and the family may want that contrast or may not. Say the pair with the surname. Some rhymes collapse once the surname is long. Some stay clear. Your ear is the test this page cannot do for you.

The nakshatra is not part of the rhyme. If both birth times are known, check them. The free tool reads one birth. The twins report reads two, and it also shows how each name's number sits with the birth day, alone and with the surname. A rhyme can stay even when you adjust an English spelling. The Hindi spelling does not have to change for that. Start here, then open the two name pages.
